Silverback ASP began March 2001 in Tokyo, Japan as an Application Service Provider focused on eCommerse Applications, Data Center consulting and Software Development.

Standing for Honor, Loyalty, and Leadership, Silverback strives to continue innovation in key areas of IT where we can demonstrate our skills, experience and creativity.

(August 2003) Silverback ASP Migrated offices from Japan to Singapore where we continued our innovation and built our VOIP, SMS and SIPc solutions. Since Silverback has gained control of over 10% of the market share in Southeast Asia and is currently expanding at a rapid rate.

Equipped with unmatchable skills in Network Engineering Silverback ASP's Board consists of a mix of nationalities with Network R&D Quarterdeck (Symantec) and Cisco Systems.

Silverback ASP has positioned itself to be an Asia Pacific Market leader with our proprietary versions of VOIP setup, ASP based Customer and Service Management software, SIPc IP PBX solutions and Network Engineering.

Steve Davis, CEO
Steve Davis founder of Silverback ASP in March 2001 formerly was Vice President of Technology of Exodus Communications. Steve began his technical career in an IBM R&D Think Tank called JIEC as a Systems Engineer and SW designer. He has an accomplised career path from starting as a SE, to becoming CTO of a large ISP in Tokyo, Japan, and expanding Exodus Communications Asia Pacific.

Dan Sweeney, CTO
Dan Sweeney a technical veteran, began his career as a programmer for Quaterdeck (now called Symantec) Dan wrote the kernels for Desk view and many other programs. Since Dan became Senior Backbone Engineer for Exodus Communications and designed and expanded a multiple OC192 network with over 8 million routes per node. Dan is an asset to Silverback ASP's technical team.

Ronald Ramos, Chief Engineer
Ron Ramos is an accomplished Network Engineer and has developed and proven his technical knowledge by being a key part in building the Silverback and iTouch Systems. Ron has experience in building Philippine IP Networks, Microwave & Satellite Networks and is an accomplished Systems Engineer. Ron has earned his placement in Silverback ASP as the 4th dedicated employee.

Martin Winter, Board Member and Consultant
Martin Winter is a silent but active consulting board member of Silverback ASP. Martin is currently a Tecnical leader working for Cisco Internet Technology division of IOS (R&D). Martin was previously Backbone Engineering for Exodus Communications and like Dan designed and expanded the multiple OC192 network from a DS3 network to accomodate a fast expanding Internet environment.
